Depending on the current climate conditions where you live, there still may be plenty of time for you to tackle this crucial outdoor project before the worst winter weather.Why is concrete vulnerable to damage?While you may think of concrete as a hard surface, it’s actually more like a rigid sponge. If it’s not properly sealed and waterproofed, concrete can become saturated from the moisture in rain, snow and ice. Depending on the porosity of the concrete, one gallon of sealer uniformly applied should cover 200 to 400 square feet. A second coat of sealer can be applied after two hours.
