DeLand, FL – The Volusia County Public Library is holding an online How-to Festival this weekend on two dozen subjects. Many of them are geared towards adults but there are also some for teens and kids. Advance registration and a library card are not required. Participants can pick up tips on how to play the ukulele, how to publish a book and more during this community education event. Residents can participate by visiting volusialibrary.org to get to the online YouTube channel sharing the how-to tips between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. each day.
