Daytona Beach, FL – A third suspect is in custody in the September 18, 2020 shooting death of 18-year-old Rachael Gasparini. Jordan Graham was arrested earlier today in Lowndes County, Georgia, and is being held without bond. He’s charged with murder while engaged in a certain felony offense and robbery with a firearm/deadly weapon. Four Charged In Death Of Daytona Beach Woman A fourth suspect, 20-year-old Armonta Waters is still on the loose. He’s described as 5-foot-4 inches and 250 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He’s wanted on charges of principal robbery with a firearm and murder while engaged in a certain felony offense The other two suspects, 22-year-old Kimba Kimble and 21-year-old Jaquez Head, arrested the day after the shooting, remain in the Volusia County Jail, where they are being held without bail.
