Ormond Beach, FL - In just a couple of weeks, the Ormond Beach Police Department (OBPD) will kick off a special "Red, White, & Blue" event for this year’s National Night Out on August 3. This year’s free event will be held at the Nova Community Center and will feature performances from local residents. There will also be a rock-climbing wall, balloon animals, inflatable bounce houses, and much more to keep residents entertained. Officers of the OBPD will also be joined by DJ Tremble of WNDB’s sister station, 103.3 The Vibe, who will host this year’s event. On top of all of that, local vendors will also attend the event to give away some spectacular raffle prizes. And one local favorite, Dairy Queen, will also serve up some delicious snacks as Captains Roos and Smith man the grill and whip up some delicious grilled food. The event is scheduled to run between 5:00-8:00 p.m. on August 3. For more information on National Night Out, be sure to visit the campaign’s website.
