On Saturday afternoon, June 5, he was arrested. NSBPD Issues BOLO For Armed & Dangerous Man Newburry is charged with Aggravated Battery, Discharging a Firearm from a Vehicle, Possession of Firearm by Convicted In-State Felon, Posession of Ammunition by a Convicted In-State Felon, and Criminal Mischief. His bond was set at $45,000. He has since bonded out.
