These inspirational coaches create an environment of belonging, teach life skills through sports, focus on positive reinforcement, and promote sportsmanship and respectful behavior, encouraging kids to be their best selves through their coaching and mentorship.After a record-breaking number of submissions, a panel of judges from Lance, Positive Coaching Alliance, and Little League has identified three remarkable individuals as the 2024 Little League Coaches of the Year.
