Daytona Beach, FL - If you’re busy and haven’t had time to make an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine, the Department of Health (DOH) in Volusia County will offer vaccinations to walk-in clients next Saturday (May 22). This opportunity is only available at the DOH’s location on Holsonback Drive in Daytona Beach, from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. "Providing as many opportunities possible for residents to be vaccinated is key in controlling the spread of this virus," said Patricia Boswell, administrator of DOH-Volusia. "We hope our residents will take advantage of this opportunity." If you can’t make the walk-in event, the DOH has plenty of other appointment-based vaccination opportunities throughout the county at four separate locations, including Holsonback Drive.
