Daytona Beach, FL – Daytona Beach Police Chief Craig Capri announced in a Twitter post at 1 p.m. today that the suspect, in a July 25 stabbing death at the Jean Street Apartments is in custody. Volusia County Jail records show that 37-year-old Nicholas Harris, aka "Detroit" was booked yesterday (August 11). Harris is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 31-year-old Adrian Allen. He’s being held without bond.
