DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Daytona’s most iconic waterpark Daytona Lagoon is holding its 5th annual First Responder Weekend on September 10th and 11th. During the promotion, all active firefighters, lifeguards, EMS workers, and law enforcement officers will be offered free admission to the park. The offer applies during business hours both days from noon to 6:00 pm. Admission is $23.99 for other guests. Valid identification must be provided for first responders to take advantage of the promotion. “Across Volusia County and the entire country, first responders work tirelessly to keep our communities safe,” said Tyler Currie, the General Manager of Daytona Lagoon. “We want to give them a chance to relax and enjoy a fun day with family and friends. It’s just one small way we can thank all of our local first responders.”
