The Lakeland-based company additionally announced that they are administering both the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines, subject to availability. And while appointments are not necessary, Publix is offering designated booking opportunities throughout each week for each specific vaccine. Individuals interested in receiving a vaccine will have to complete an immunization consent form, which you can print and fill out before your appointment.
