City Of Deltona Allocates $500K For Mortgage, Rental, & Utility Assistance

Deltona, FL – Assistance is now available for Deltona residents who have suffered a loss of income because of COVID-19. The Deltona City Commission allocated $500,000 in funding for mortgage, rental, and utility assistance to help residents stay in their homes.  Applications are already available and residents can complete the pre-screening questionnaire to see if they qualify.  Who is eligible? Homes must be located within the Deltona City limits. Income requirements must be below 120 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI) level. Documented proof of loss of income due to COVID-19. You can also find help, depending on where you live, from Volusia Community Assistance.
