Here’s a closer look.  Does the Coffee Loophole Help Weight Loss?  Losing weight can be challenging and time-consuming. The spice also contains compounds that can enhance the body’s insulin sensitivity by improving the transport of glucose (sugar) into cells. MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides) Medium-chain triglyceride, or MCT oil, is derived from coconut or palm kernel oil.
