The book follows the journey of an Amazon package, spotlighting Amazon Operations employees, partners, and drivers.The main characters, Uncle Jay and Mom, walk Avery through the teamwork required to deliver Amazon packages and share how it compares to the relatable teamwork that happens on Avery’s soccer team. When a customer places an order, the journey of a package begins, and the Amazon operations network comes together to ensure customers receive what they need, when they need it, wherever they are across the country or around the globe.
