POPD Conducting Death Investigation

Port Orange, FL – There’s not much information available at this time but the Port Orange Police Department (POPD) is asking that anyone with information on the death of man in the Parkwood Mobile Home Community come forward.  POPD responded to 249 Palm Castle Dr. on Friday, Dec. 17, about 2:30 a.m. for a suspicious death call. They found the man, already deceased, and a woman who was transported to the hospital in critical condition.  This is an isolated incident, according to POPD, and there is “no outstanding threat” to the community.
