DeLand, FL – DeLand Police (DPD) is investigating the vandalism of several churches across the city. The crimes happened over the Thanksgiving holiday, between November 25 and 27. The investigation shows that the suspect or suspects damaged windows of the churches. Several statues were pushed over and damaged outside of the buildings. Detectives say that, at this time, it doesn’t appear that burglary was the intent. No suspects have been identified. Anyone with information, should contact the DPD.
