Palm Coast, FL – For the second time this month, a Buddy Taylor Middle School student has threatened to kill people at school. This time, the student told a teacher “that he was going to come to the school and shoot her.” The teacher told Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) deputies that the 14-year-old boy said “I am going to shoot you” multiple times while insinuating he had a gun. This happened during class when the boy also threatened to shoot another student. Buddy Taylor Student Arrested For School Shooting Threat Deputies went to the 14-year-old’s home, where he refused to talk to them. The student was arrested without incident for Two Counts of Threats to Kill and transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility for processing. He was then turned over to the custody of the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ). FCSO said this is the sixth similar arrest of a student in the last 30 days.
