Ormond Beach, FL – A suspect in a fire that happened on Landis Avenue in Port Orange last Thursday (September 3), is in the Volusia County Jail. Port Orange Police detectives tracked 51-year-old Raymond Garneau down this afternoon (September 8). Police: Investigators Say Fire Could Be Domestic Violence Related Garneau was arrested at the Super 8 Motel in Ormond Beach on U.S. 1 just off of I-95, just before 2:30 p.m. He is being held without bond on charges of Attempted First-Degree Murder, First-Degree Arson, Deprivation of 9-1-1, and Aggravated Battery.
