Daytona Beach, FL – The city of Daytona Beach will host three community vaccination clinics where a $25 Walmart gift card* will be given to all Volusia County residents who gets vaccinated at the clinic. The gift card incentive is part of Mayor Derrick Henry’s initiative to encourage reluctant residents to get vaccinated, and the cost of the gift cards is provided by Jon Hall Chevrolet and Brown & Brown Insurance. “When COVID vaccines were first introduced, we saw a lot of people eager to protect their health, but now we are seeing people on the fence, and we want to incentivize those people to get vaccinated,” said Mayor Henry.
