I am proud of all that has been accomplished, which two years successive performancereviews attest to. We have built a citizen focused culture, managed a global pandemicemerging stronger, significantly increased metrics (National Citizen Survey) in foundations oflivability, transparency, quality of life saw our financial condition and ratings improve. There have been misses and failures, which is not only human but happens in everyorganization around the globe; but from those my aim was always to do better, to be better,while not making excuses nor assigning blame.
