DeLand, FL – A Volusia County grand jury issued first-degree murder indictments for three people in three different cases earlier this week. The most recent case involved two Volusia County Fleet Maintenance employees, Damian DeRousha and Donald Geno. VSO "Love Triangle" Led To Deadly Shooting Of County Employee The next involved the death of 63-year-old Bobby Scott, of Daytona Beach. Twenty-year-old Michael Harris, Jr. was found in Scott’s car six days after he went missing. Harris was originally charged with second-degree murder but the grand jury upped the charge. Suspect Charged With Second-Degree Murder In Case Of Missing Daytona Beach Man The third lists the cause of death of the victim, 51-year-old Michael Ordway, as an overdose of Fentanyl. The grand jury indicted 44-year-old Lee Ardis Wiley II in the death.
