DeLand Utility Billing Online Service Shutting Down For A Week

DeLand, FL – The city of DeLand has scheduled a software upgrade to the Utility Billing Online Service to begin tomorrow, Wednesday, February 24 at 5 p.m. This means if your payment is due over the next week, you will not be able to pay over the phone or online until Tuesday, March 2 at 8 a.m. Non-payment turn-offs, late, and delinquent fees will not occur during this time.  You can pay your utility bill at the office if you like.  Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with limited staffing from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
