16-Year-Old Charged With Possession Of Child Porn

Flagler Beach, FL – A 16-year-old Flagler Beach boy is charged with one count of Promoting Sexual Performance by a Child and 10 counts of Possession of a Sexual Performance of a Child.  Bradd Lee Humphrey was arrested at his home on Friday.  The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) Cybercrimes and Major Case Units, inconjunction with Volusia County Sheriff’s Office (VCSO) and the North Florida Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force served a search warrant at the teen’s home after a months-long investigation. They were alerted by cyber tips from Instagram and Snapchat that someone at the home was downloading images dating back to July 2020. Multiple electronic devices were seized and forensically analyzed. The search of those devices led to the recovery of multiple images of child pornography. “I want to thank the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office and the North Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force for all of their assistance during this investigation,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “Investigations like this are increasingly more important with so many of our kids now learning online. I ask that parents be the Sheriff at home and monitor their kid’s online activity.
